“So glad I found Strive4Fitness. Personal training creates momentum by progressing my weight during sessions which also helps keep me stay motivated to do my own workouts outside the gym. It’s a low key atmosphere which I prefer over big box gym vibes. The classes are challenging and they’re always changing it up.
